Bahama Mama (cocktail Drink)

Bahama Mama (Cocktail Drink),(serve in a Collins glass)
                             


Hello everyone, I so much love this drink, cause it relax my nerves.
And I advise you all to try it out too and see for yourself.



Ingredients:



1.  1/4 oz.Coffee Vodka,


2.  1/2 oz. Dark Rum,



3.   1/2 oz. Coconut Vodka,



4.  1/4 oz. 151 proof Rum,



5. Juice of 1/2 lemon(s),




6. 4 oz. Pineapple Juice.



Directions:



1. Combine all ingredients and pour over cracked ice in a Collins glass.



2. Garnish with a strawberry or cherry.


3. Enjoy your Bahama Mama (cocktail drink).

Bourbon Steak (Barbecue Sauce)

Ingredients:


1. 1_ 1/2 pounds steak,


2. 1 teaspoon of sugar,


3. 1/4 cup of bourbon,



4. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,



5. 2 tablespoons of water,



6. 1 garlic clove, crushed.



Instructions:



1. Mix all ingredients together, place in 2 plock bag and marinate steak for 4 hours or overnight.




2.  Prepare grill for a hot fire.



3. Grill steak to desired doness.


This recipe is good with any cut of steak you like.

Chicken Cacciatore

Hello, How are you all doing today?
Let get started.


Ingredients:


1.  8 ounces each; cubed (3/4 inch) boneless skinless chicken breast, thighs,


2.  2 can (14 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained,


3. 1/2 cup dry red wine or water,



4. 3 cups quartered medium mushrooms,



5.  1 cup each: chopped onion, greenbell pepper,



6. 6 cloves garlic, minced,



7. 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves,



8.  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,



9. 1 bay leaf,



10. 1_2 tablespoon of corn starch,



11. 2_4 tablespoons of water,



12. Salt and pepper, to taste,



13. 3 cups of cooked noodles, warm.



Directions:



1. Combine all ingredients, except corn starch, water,salt,pepper, and noodles, in a slow cooker, cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.



2. Turn heat to high and cook for about 10 minutes, stir in combined cornstarch and water, stirring 2 _ 3 minutes.




3. Discard bay leaf, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve over noodles.

Best Ever Lemonade

Best ever lemonade make you relax your mind and body.


Ingredients;


1.  4 lemons (for 1 serving), ( you can use more than that depending on the quantity you are making),


2. 1 cup if sugar,


3. 1 quart of water.(can garnish with mint).



Directions:


1. Peel lemons and put rinds into a bowl.


2. Cover with sugar and let stand a half an hour.


3. Boil water, pour over lemons and sugar.


4. When cool, take out rinds, squeeze lemons, strain and add to sugar mixture.


5. Chill and serve ice cold.
                       

Cranberry Smoothies

Cranberry Smoothies is one of those drinks you can use to cool your nerve, after been  stress out day.


Ingredients;


1. 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen,


2. 2/3 cup of cranberry/raspberry juice,


3. 1 cup of raspberries (frozen if you can't find fresh ones),


4.  8 oz. of plain yogurt,



5. 1, 1/2 cup of ice.



Instructions:


1.  Blend all ingredients until smooth.



2. Adjust with more ice or juice if necessary.

Ingredients:


1. Parsley,


2. Lettuce,


3. Vinegar,


4. Onions,


5. Tomatoes.


Directions;


1.  Slice the parsely, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and mix together.



2. Pour the vinaigrette into the above mixture.


3. Enjoy your Tomato Salad.

Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients:


1. 1 bottle Kraft's Russian dressing,


2. 1 pkg .Lipton onion soup mix(dry),


3.  1 jar apricot per serves,



Directions;


1. Pour dressing in a bowl, mix soup and preserves.


2. Spread over chicken parts.


3. Marinate all day or overnight.


4. Either you bake or broil.

French Toast With Apples

French Toast With Apple is a delicious meal, and if you haven't tried it out, then you are missing out.



Ingredients;


1.  2 eggs, beaten,


2. 6 fb.oz low fat milk,


3.  1 tablespoon of cinnamon,


4. 2 tablespoons of white sugar,


5.  4 tablespoons of apple sauce,



6. 6 slices bread.




Instructions;



1.  Mix together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar and apple sauce in a large bowl.



2. Soak each slice of bread until thoroughly saturated.



3. Then fry the slices of bread in a greased frying pan on both sides until starting to turn brown.



4. Serve immediately with maple syrup and enjoy.

Baked Asian Chicken

Wow, this is tasty and a quick perfect meal for a weeknight and good enough to serve for a company.


Ingredients:


1.  4 chicken(or more) breasts (boneless, skinless),


2. 1 teaspoon ginger root (bottled, chopped),


3. 2 cloves garlic (bottled, chopped),


4.  3 tablespoons brown sugar,


5.  4 tablespoons of soy sauce low sodium,


6.  2 tablespoons of white vinegar.



Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.



2.  Spray baking dish with cooking spray; arrange chicken breasts in single layer.


3. Combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl, whisk to combine; Pour over chicken.


4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.


5. To serve, slice chicken and garnish with green onions.

Grilled Cajun Catfish

Hello, how are you all doing today?
Today I will be teaching all how to prepare Grilled Cajun Catfish, 
So let get started.

Catfish is a great, mildfish that tastes great  with a Cajun spiced rub. Is a little spicy, but you can adjust the seasonings and add some tartar sauce to cool it down. If you don't have a grill, you can Cook it, this is a non_stick frying pan.


Ingredients;


1.  2 teaspoons blackening seasoning,


2. 2 teaspoons of garlic powder,


3.  1 teaspoon of onion powder,


4.  1,1/2 pound catfish fillets,


5. 2 teaspoons of paparika,


6. 1 teaspoon dried oregano,


7. 1/2 bread crumbs,


8. Cooking spray.



Directions;


1.  Preheat grill.


2.  Mix together all seasonings (blackening through bread crumbs).


3. Rinse catfish and pat dry.


4. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of seasoning mixture on each side of fish, rub in.



5. Spray grill rack with coating spray, grill fish approximately 4_5 minutes on each side, or until color is opaque and fish flakes easily with fork.


6. Your Grilled Cajun Catfish is ready to be served.

7. You can take along with Corn Sauté.

Ingredients:


1.  1.oz peach schnapps,

2. 1/2 .oz spiced Rum,

3.  3.oz of orange juice.


Instruction:

1. Pour ingredients into an ice filled old fashioned glass.

Paw_Paw Juice

                       Paw_Paw Juice
                       
     Fruits is good for the body, so health physicians recommend the taking of fruit juices especially the fresh ones.
Now we are going to be taking Paw_Paw fruit out of all the other fruits, making it a fresh juice.
So let started.


     Ingredients;

1. Ripe Paw_Paw,


2. Lemon juice,

3. Sugar.


Instructions:

1.  Peel the paw_paw, cut and remove the seeds.

2. Pulp it and allow it to pass through the sieve.

3. Mix the pulp with hot water and add the lemon juice with sugar to taste.


4.  Allow to chill before you serve.

5. Enjoy your Fresh Paw_Paw Juice.

Coconut Ice Cream

                    Coconut Ice Cream
                 



Ingredients;

1.  6 eggs yolk,

2. Pinch of salt,

3. 1 can coconut cream,


4. 2 cups of heavy cream,


5. 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.


How to make it;

1.  Beat the egg yolks with a mixer until they are pale yellow and form a thick ribbon, scald the cream in a sauce pan and gradually stir cup of the cream into the egg yolks.


2. Add the yolk mixture back to the sauce pan.


3. Cook custard for another another 2 or 4 minutes but do not boil, so the custard can coat the back of a spoon.

4. Cool the cream mixture and whisk inthe can of cream of coconut, salt and vanilla.


5. Chill for at least 1 to 2 hours, then serve.


Orange Cake

I tried  this recipe out, and it came out great, so I will be sharing it with you.



Ingredients;

1.  1/4 cup of all purpose flour,


2. 1 cup of sugar,


3.  1, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,


4.  1/2 teaspoon of salt,


5.  3/4 cup of milk,


6. 1/3 cup of shortening,


7.  1 egg, peeled,


8. 1/4 cup of sliced almonds,


9. 2 tablespoons of orange flavored liqueur.



Directions;


1. Beat all ingredients, except almond, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and liqueur in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly for 30 seconds


2. Pour in a pan, sprinkle with almond.


3. Bake until wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean, (for 40 minutes), sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar, dizzle with liqueur.

4. Leave to cool, remove from pan and ensure it is cool completely.


5. Your Orange Cake is ready to be served.

Beer Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

1.  1 cup prepared barbecue sauce,(if you don't know how to prepare it, check my posts on how to prepare other Barbecues sauce)


2. 1 cup ketchup,


3.  2/3 cup of beer,

4. 1/4 cup honey or Molasses,


5.  2 tablespoons of lemon juice,


6. 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar,


7.  2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard,


8.  1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,


9.  1 teaspoon of Hot pepper sauce,


10.  2 Garlic cloves, minced,



11. 2 onions, finely chopped.


Directions;


1.  In a large bowl, combine barbecue sauce, ketchup, beer, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, pepper, garlic and onions.


2.  Place the food in a marinated and let stand at room temperature for up to 2 hours or in a refrigerator overnight.



3. When ready to cook, remove food and place marinated in a sauce pan and cook for 10 minutes or until thickened.


4. Use as sauce for basting or serving with cooked food.

Fried Rice

Hello everyone, we are making Delicious Fried Rice tonight, And is also one of my favorite meal so am going to share the recipe with you.
 so let get started.


Ingredients;

1. Rice,

2. Carrot,

3. Green beans,


4. Green pepper,


5. Thyme,


6. Liver(of chicken or meat),

7. Onion,

8. Garlic,

9. Curry,

10. Nutmeg,

11. Vegetable oil,

12. Seasoning,

13. Salt,

14 Butter,

15. Beef.


Instructions:


1. Cut and wash the beef very well, put in a pot including salt, curry, thyme, water, onion and seasoning, and green beans.


2. Cover till tender as required.

3. Parboil the rice and draw its water.


4. Also remove the meat from the pot, leaving the water used in cooking the beef as ingredient you are adding to your fried rice, and also leaving other ingredients.


5.  Pour the parboiled rice into the beef water and put on fire.


6. Cook and make it quarter done(Half done).


7. Slice the green pepper and carrot and fry in a separate hot oil mixed with butter.


8. Add the beef and little salt then cook for few seconds until dry.

9. Your Tasty Fried Rice is ready to be served.

Spicy Chicken Stew With Fruit

Hi everyone, How are you doing everyone?
I'm fine, so let get started.



Ingredients;


1.  2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,

2. 2 pounds of chicken legs and thigh,


3.  1 pound of pork,


4. 1 medium onion,


5.  1 green pepper(green pea),


6. 1/4 cup of blanched almonds,


7. 1 tin of tomatoes,


8.  1 can of sliced pineapple syrup,


9.  1/2 cup of water,


10.  2 teaspoons of chilli powder,


11. 1 teaspoon of salt,

12.  1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon,


13.  2 sweet potatoes (optional),


14.  2 sliced apples,(optional),


15. carrot or banana.



Method:


1. Heat oil in a pot until hot.


2. Cook chicken under low heat until brown.


3. Remove chicken, cook and stir pork until brown, cook and stir onion, green pepper or green pea, and almonds till onion is tender.


4.  Place onion, green pepper or green pea, almonds and tomato sauce in a blender container.


5. Cover and blend until of uniform consistency.


6. Mix tomatoes mixture, reserved pineapple syrup, the water, chilli powder, salt and cinnamon in the pot.


7. Add chicken, pork and.  Sweet potatoes.


8. Boil under a reduced heat until sweet potatoes are tender, 45_60 minutes.



9. Add 1/4 cup of water if necessary.


10.  Cut the pineapples slices into halves:add pineapple and apple if used in  your ingredients and carrot to chicken mixture.


11. Simmer till apples are tender, about 10 minutes add bananas (if used in your own ingredients cause I didn't make use of banana).

12. Then you can serve .

Fish Salad

Ingredients;


1. Fish,

2.  Onions,


3.  Garlic,


4.  Fresh tomatoes,


5.  Lettuce,


6.  Cooked brown beans,


7.  Boiled eggs,


8.  Seasoning,


9.  Water,


10. Salt.





Instructions:



1.  Cook the fish with garlic, salt for about 15 minutes.


2.  Allow to cool before you slice the fish.


3. Wash and chop the lettuce.



4.  Slice the boiled egg and cut the tomatoes into rings.


5.  Add all the ingredients together in a bowl.


6.  Toss and serve.


Carrot And Orange Salad

Thin _skinned oranges are juicer than thick skinned ones, and the smaller fruits are sweeter than larger ones. 
Don't worry about ripeness: oranges are always picked when are ropes.
Now let mixed then together with carrot.


Ingredients;

1.  1/2 cup of orange juice (118ml),


2.  1 tablespoon of lemon juice(15ml),



3. 1 teaspoon of honey (5ml),


4.  1 teaspoon of cornstarch (5ml),


5.  1 pound carrots (450ml),



6.  1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves (59ml),



7. 1 orange, peeled and cut into small pieces.



Directions;


1.   In a small saucepan, mix the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and cornstarch.



2.  Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.



3. Remove from the heat and cool for 5 minutes.



4. In a large bowl, mix the grated carrots, chopped mint, and orange pieces with the cooled dressing.



5.  Place in the refrigerator to chill until serving.



6.   Your Yammy Carrot and Orange Salad is ready to be served.
