Watermelon Lemonade

   Watermelon Lemonade
             
                                                        


Ingredients;                 



1. 6 cups watermelon, peeled, seeds removed and cubed,


2. 1 cup of water,



3. 1/3 cup of granulated sugar,


4.  1/2 of lemon juice,


5. Handful of strawberries or raspberries,



6.  Mint leaves.




Instructions;


1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.



2. Chill in the fridge for about an hour and serve, sprinkled with fresh mint leaves.


3. Your watermelon lemonade is ready to be served. 

Watermelon Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients;


1. 1_6 pound of seedless watermelon chunt,


2. 8 ounces tomato paste,


3. 1 tablespoon of onion   powder,


4. 1 tablespoon of garlic powder,


5. 2 cups of firmly packed brown sugar,


6. 1/2 cup sherry,


7. 2 teaspoons of lemon juice,


8. 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke.




Directions;


1. Cut the melon into pieces and place in a saucepan.


2. Cook it uncovered over medium heat until the melon is the consistency of applesauce( approximately) 2_3 hours.


3. Stir it occasionally.

4. Add remaining ingredients.


5. Simmer uncovered over low heat for 2 hours.


6. Allow to cool at room temperature before using.
