Apple Jolly Rancher( cocktail drink)

Ingredients;          

1. 1 splash sprite,

                 2. 1.oz Dekuyper sour Apple pucker Schnapps,

                    3.  1 splash sweet & sour mix,


4. 0.5oz Triple sec,


           5. 0.5oz Absolute Citron.



Instructions;            

                   1. Mix in a shorter glass full     of ice and strain.   


2. No garnish.           


        3. Enjoy your Apple Jolly Rancher(cocktail drink).
                 

Coconut And Pineapple Milk

Ingredients;

1. 10 ice cubes,


2. 1/3 cup of coconut milk (preferably light),



3. 1 cup of low fat milk,



4. 1,1/2 cups of pineapple chunks.




Directions;


1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, and blend until frothy.


2. Pour into glasses and enjoy your sweet Coconut And Pineapple Milk.

Brazilian Lemonade

Ingredients;                 


1. 2 limes,                   

2. 1/2 cup of sugar,     

              3. 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk,

4. 3 cups of water,         


5. Ice.                             


Directions;                      


              1. Wash limes thoroughly, slice off  both ends of the like and then cut into 8 wedges.

          2. Place limes in a blender with the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, water, and ice.

   3. Pulse blender,5 to 6 times.


       4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove rinds.  


5. Serve over ice.                 



Asian Marinated Hamburger

Ingredients;



1. 1 pound lean ground beef,


2. 1/4 cup soy sauce,


3. 1 teaspoon minced ginger root,


4. 3 tablespoons sesame seeds,


5. 1/4 cup of water,


6. 2 tablespoons of brown sugar,


7. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,


8. 4 whole wheat hamburger buns.




Instructions;


1. Form beef into 4 parties, place in a glass baking dish.


2. Combine water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger root and Worcestershire in a small bowl, pour over burgers at least once.

3. Remove burgers from marinade until is boiling, boil for 1 minute and use as a baste for burgers on grill.

4. Cook burgers until they are done to your liking, flipping once (avoid cake to medium to reduce risk of food borne illness)_ approximately 5_7 minutes for one each side.

5. Sauce on toasted buns with sliced tomato, lettuce and red onion.

6. Enjoy your Yammy Asian Marinated Hamburgers.

Bacon Egg And Potato Skillet

  Bacon Eggs And Potato Skillet
           



Ingredients;

1. 1/2 lb sliced bacon,

2. 1 red bell pepper, diced,

3. 4 cups of potatoes, peeled and cubed,

4. 1/2 onion, chopped,

5. 6 eggs, beaten,

6. 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded.


Instructions;

1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crisp and nicely browned.


2. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.


3. Add the potatoes, red bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook in the bacon fat until the potatoes are soft.

4. This should take about 10_15 minutes.


5. Cut the bacon into small pieces and stir into the potato mixture, add eggs, cover and cook until eggs are set.

6. Top with cheese and serve immediately with fresh tomato slices.            

Jollof Rice

Ingredients;

1. Rice,

2. Beef,

3. Tomatoes,

4. Onions,

5. Thyme,

6. Pepper,

7. Curry,

8. Salt,

9. Water,

10. Seasoning,

11. Red oil(vegetable oil),

12. Tin tomato,

13. Green pea's(optional).

Directions;

1. Boil the meat with onion, seasoning, salt, thyme.


2. Remove the meat from water and fry in a hoy oil till brown.


3. Grind some quantity of onion, tomatoes and pepper together.

4. Boil the rice for 3 minutes and drain from water.

5. Heat oil on fire very well and add the Grundy mixture, tin tomato, and seasoning.

6. Allow to boil for about 25 minutes and add rice, thyme, curry, green pea's, add your slice onion, and salt to taste, stir the rice in the pot and allow to simmer with a low heat till dry, then you can serve.

Lentil Soup

Ingredients;

1. 2 quarts water,

2. 1 large smoked pork hock,

3. 1 pound dried brown lentils,

4. 1 cup finely chopped onions,

5. 1/2 cup each; finely chopped celery and carrot,

6. 2 teaspoons each: sugar, beef bouillon crystal,

7. 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard,

8. 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves,

9. Salt and Cayenne pepper, to taste.


Instructions;


1. Combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper in a 6_quart cooker, cover and cook on low heat to 6_8 hours.


2. Discard pork hock, season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Your Lentil Soup is ready to be serve.
