Apple Shake

                            Apple Shake
                         
     


Fruits are good for the body, now mixing it together really make a good combination.
So let start.


Ingredients;


1.  1/2 orange peeled, leave on white pitchy part,



2.  2 green apple, seedless,


3. 1 ripe banana,



4.  1 tablespoon brewers yeast,



5.  Orange slice for garnish (optional).





Instructions;


1.  Juice the orange and apple.



2.  Place juice, banana and yeast in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.




3. Garnish with orange slices (optional).


4. Your Apple shake is ready to be taken.

Chicken Casserole

Hi guys, I tried this out, and it came out lovely.
So i will share the recipe with you.


Ingredients;


1.  2 cups of chicken, cooked and cut into small pieces,


2.  1/4 Ib. egg noodles,


3.  1 can cream of chicken soup,



4.  4 c. Stove top stuffing mix,


5.  1 stick butter melted,


6.  1/2 milk.


Directions;


1. Butter 1,1/2 quart casserole dish.


2. Cook noodles according to package, drain and pour into dish.


3. Top with cooked chicken and chicken soup.



4. Mix butter with stuffing mix and put on top of soup.


5.  Pour milk over the top of casserole.


6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.


7. Your Chicken casserole is ready to be served.
