Banana Yogurt

                    Banana Yogurt
                       


Ingredients ;( recipe for 8 serving)

1. 3 cups of ripe mashed bananas,

2. 1 cups of whipping cream,

3. 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract,

4. 6 cups of vanilla yogurt,

5. 1 cup of sugar,

6. 1 teaspoon of salt.


Directions;

1. Combine all ingredients except mashed bananas in a mixing bowl.

2. Mix well cover and refrigerate for 20,30 minutes.

3. Add mashed bananas chilled mixture before refrigerating.

4. Serve frozen .

5. Enjoy your Banana yoghurt with any snacks of your choice like Coconut flour pancake, Puff_puff, Meat pie, Fish roll and so on.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies

    Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies
                       

Chocolate peanut butter smoothies is great for breakfast fuel or to satisfy chocolate craving any day .

Ingredients;

1. 1,1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter,

2. 1/2 cup of milk,

3. 1 tablespoon of honey,

4. 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder,

5. 1 banana,

6. 1 cup of ice cubes.

Making;

1. Add your ingredients to four side or jar in order listed and secure the lid.

2. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, banana, ice cubes, cup milk, honey and blend or " sauces" on a medium low speed for 30 seconds.

3. After blending achieving a smooth form, then your chocolate peanut butter smoothies is ready for serving.

4. Rich in sodium, carbohydrates, cholesterol free.

5. You can take with coconut flour pancake, meat pie, and so on.

Meat pie

Ingredients;

1. 10 cups of flour,

2. 4 teaspoon of butter,

3. 1/2 litres of vegetable oil ( frying oil),

4. 10 teaspoon of sugar,

5. Salt to taste,

6. 1 bulb of onion,

7. 1 litre of water,

8. 3 bulbs of tomatoes,

9. 600g of meat,

10. 2 seasoning cubes,

11. 3 teaspoon of ground pepper,

12. 3 tuba of big potato.

Method;

1. Chop the meat into pieces, peel and slice the onions, pepper, potato, and tomatoes into a pot and cook for about 10_15 mintues to tender.

2. Mix the baking powder, flour, salt and sugar together.

3. Add butter and seasoning and mix very well.

4. Add a little water and mix thoroughly.

5. Then cut the pastry with knife.

6. Put the mixture (meat, onion, tomatoes, potato, salt, sugar, pepper and seasoning).

7. 2 teaspoon in each roll.

8. Fold in any shape of your choice and dress it with your fork.


9.  Spread on an oiled metal tray and baked for 20_30 minutes.

10. Adtwr baking your meat pie is ready to be served, you can take along with any drinks of your choice like Orange juice, strawberry  ice cream, Banana chocolate milkshake and so on.

Nkwobi soup

Ingredients.

1. Meat: like Cow leg or any part as desired.

2. Ugba,

3. Red oil,

4. Salt,

5. Potash,

6. Ehuru (spice),

7. Utazi,

8. Onions,

9. Pepper (fresh),

10. Seasoning cubes.

Preparation;

1. Boil the meat at least 40 minutes allow to cool down.

2. Pound or grind pepper and the ehuru together, then pour little warm water into a pot add potash and oil and stir.

3. Pour the meat into the pot in which you have prepared the oil and potash add the grinded pepper and ehuru, add ugba and the seasoning cube and salt to taste then stir it very well.

Serving;
Cut the utazi leaf and onions dish the nkwobi in a plate then use the utazi and onions to decorate it on top.


Sweet pea fried rice

               Sweet pea fried rice
       

Ingredients. 

1. 8 ounce of turkey bacon,

2. 8 scallions, white and light green parts sliced,

3. 1 clove garlic, chopped,

4. 6 cups cooked rice,

5. 1/4 cups soy sauce,

6. 10_oz package frozen green peas thawed,

7. 4 large eggs, beaten,

8. Salt and pepper,

9 Carrot ( optional).


Preparation:

1. Cook bacon in a skillet over a medium high heat until crisp, 5 minutes, drain on paper towels and chop.

2. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon fat from skillet, add scallions and garlic.

3. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring often, until softened or for 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Rub rice between clean hands to break up and loosen grains, add to skillet and stir to blend in scallions and garlic, cook for 2 minutes to warm rice.

5. Stir soy sauce and peas, carrot ( optional), push mixture to one side and pour in eggs.

6. Cook eggs until slightly set on bottom, about 2 minutes.

7. Mix rice into eggs and stir until thoroughly blended, breaking up any clumps of cooked egg.

8. Stir in bacon season with salt and pepper and remove from heat .

9. Serve warm or at room temperature.

10. Enjoy your sweet pea fried rice.

Apple Salad

Ingredients for Vinaigrette.

1. 1/4 cup apple_cider vinegar (59ml),

2. 2 tablespoons of avocado oil (30ml),

3. 1/8 teaspoon of salt,

4. 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper (6ml),

5. 1 teaspoon fresh chopped basil,

6. 1/2 teaspoon of dried tarragon (2.5ml), or 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh,

7. 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (2.5ml),

8. 1 teaspoon maple syrup (5ml).

Ingredients for Salad;

1. 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and chopped,

2. 3 stalks celery, chopped ,

3. 2 tablespoon of fresh finely chopped basil ( 30ml),

4. 1 small head butter lettuce, torn into small pieces,

5. 1/2 cup toasted croutons (118ml).

Direction:

The Vinaigrette: In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, basil, and tarragon and whisk to combine.

2. Add the mustard and maple syrup and whisk again.


Direction for the Salad:

1. Just before serving,combine the freshly cut apple, celery, and fresh basil in a large bowl.

2. Stir in the vinaigrette and mix well.

3. Now add the lettuce leaves and croutons and toss well.
           

Tomato Soup

Ingredients.

1. 1 teaspoon of light oil (5 ml) with a dash of toasted sesame oil,

2. 1/2 cup chopped onions (118 ml),

3. 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic (2.5ml),

4. 1 teaspoon dried basil (5ml),

5. 1 teaspoon of dried oregano (5ml),

6. 2 cups of canned diced low_ sodium tomatoes (472ml),

7. 1, 1/2 cups water (354ml)_

8. 1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5ml).

Direction:

1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté the onions, garlic, and herbs until the onions are transparent _ about 5 minutes.

2. Add the tomatoes, water, and salt, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Then your Tomato soup is ready to be served.

4. Enjoy!!!
