Black Cherry(cocktail drink)

                   Black Cherry(cocktail drink)
                         
                

(Serve in a high ball glass)




Ingredients:

1.  3/4 oz. Raspberry, liqueur,


2.  3/4 oz. Bailey's Irish cream,


3. 3/4 oz. Kahlua,

4.  3/4 oz. Absolute vodka,


5. 3/4 oz. Half 'n' half,


6. 1 splash coca cola.



Directions;

1. Fill high ball glass with ice.


2. Add all the ingredients and shake.


3. Top with a cherry.


4. Your Black Cherry(cocktail drink) is ready to be served.

Baked Chicken

Ingredients;


1. 1 fryer chicken, cut up,

2. 2 tablespoons of butter,


3. 1 package instant scalloped potatoes,


4. 1 medium onion, chopped,


5. 1 cup of milk,


6. 3/4 cup of water,


7. Salt and pepper.


Directions;


1. Brown chicken in butter then arrange in a baking dish.


2. Arrange dried scalloped potatoes around the chicken and sprinkled content of seasoning packet over all.


3. Lay onion slices on top.


4. Combine milk and water and pour over top.


5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover and bake for 1/2 hours to 350 degrees.
                   

Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients;

1. 1 cup of chicken, diced and cooked,

2. 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 

3. 1/2 teaspoon of salt,

4. 1 cup of long grain rice, uncooked,


5. 1/3 cup of salad oil,


6.  2,1/2 cup of onion, coarsely chopped,

7. 1/4 cup of green pepper, finely chopped,

8. 1/4 cup of celery, thinly sliced,


9. 2 eggs, slightly beaten,


10. 1 cup of lettuce, finely shredded.



Instructions;


1. Combine chicken, soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt and let stand for 15 minutes.


2. Cook rice in hot oil in skillet over medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently.


3. Reduce heat and add chicken with soy sauce and broth.



4. Simmer, covered for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.   


5. Remove cover for last few minutes stir in onion, green pepper and celery.


6. Cook uncovered over medium  heat until liquid is absorbed.


7. Push rice mixture to side of skillet and add eggs.


8. Cook until almost set, then blend into rice, stir in lettuce and serve at once.


9. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice.
