Baby Guinness (Cocktail Drink)

Ingredients;

1. 1.5oz coffee liqueur,

2. 0.5oz Irish cream.


Instructions;

1. Pour coffee liquor in a shot glass.

2. Float baileys on top.

3. It looks like a baby Guinness.

4. Enjoy your Baby Guinness (cocktail drink).

Banana and Orange Smoothies

Ingredients;

1. 1 to 1,1/2 ripe banana,

2. 1 cup of frozen fruit of your choice,

3. 1 tablespoon of lime juice, freshly squeezed,

4. 1,1/2 cups of orange juice, freshly squeezed ( about 4 oranges).


Instructions;


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Refrigerate and serve cold.

3. Enjoy your Banana And Orange Smoothies.

Cucumber Lemonade

Ingredients;

1. 1 cucumber, peeled,

2. 2 quarts lemonade,

3. 1 cup of ice.

Directions;


1. Make a pitcher of your favorite lemonade.

2. Grate the cucumber over the pitcher, and mix in the cucumber juice and pulp.

3. Serve over ice.

4. Enjoy.

Honey Spiced BBQ Sauce

Ingredients;

1. 1,1/4 cup catch up,

2. 2/3 cup salad oil,

3. 3/4 cup vinegar,

4. 5 tablespoons Worcestershire,

5. 1 cup honey,

6. 2 tablespoons of dry mustard,

7. 3 teaspoons ginger, fresh grated,

8. 1 lemon, sliced thinly,

9. 3 tablespoons of butter.


Instructions:


1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat to blend together.

2. Remove lemon peel before basting.

3. Your Honey spiced BBQ Sauce is ready to serve.

Roasted Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

1. 1 teaspoon olive oil,

2. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes,

3. 4 larges eggs,

4. 1/8 teaspoon pepper,

5. 2 tablespoons chopped dill.

Preparation;

1. Spray the skillet with a nonstick cooking spray.

2. Place the skillet over medium heat.

3. Spread the tomatoes in the bottom of the skillet.

4. Cook for 2 minutes stirring once or twice.

5. Drain the tomatoes on a piece of paper towel.

5. Clean and spray the skillet again.

6. Place the eggs in a mixing bowl.

7. Add the peppers and whisk to incorporate the pepper and fluff the eggs.

8. Add the tomatoes and stir to combine.

9. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared skillet.

10. Place the skillet over low heat.

11. Stir the eggs continuously, as the eggs begin to firm, sprinkle the dill over the top.

12. Continue to stir until eggs are as done as you like.

13. Consume immediately, you can take with potatoes.

Gbegiri Soup

Ingredients.


1. Beans,

2. Onions,

3. Potash,

4. Seasoning,

5. Salt,

6. Water,

7. Pepper,

8. Palm oil.

Direction:

1. Soak the beans in a bowl of water, wash out the shaft and pour into a pot.

2. Cook for about 20 minutes.

3. Use a short strong neat broom to mash it till soft.

4. Add onions, seasoning, pepper and palm oil and allow it to steam for 10 minutes.

5. Add salt to taste.

6. You can add soup to your gbegiri, and can be taken along with Amala, semolina and so on.

Mango And Black Bean Salsa

     Mango and black bean salsa
               


Ingredients:

1. 1 medium ripe mango (gives slightly to the touch),

2. 15 ounces (425 gm) canned low_ sodium cooked black bean, drained and well rinsed,

3. 2 green onions, coarsely chopped,

4.  1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (1.25ml),

5. 1 garlic clove, bashed, peeled, and chopped,
6. 1 Avocado pited diced (optional),

7. 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25ml).

Direction:

1. Prepare the mango: Slice off the steam end and cut away the skin.

2. Trim the flesh away from the large seed and dice as evenly and neatly as possible, about the same size as the black beans.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mango, mix well, and let the flavors marinate for 30 minutes before serving.

4. Enjoy your mango and black bean salsa.
