Ingredients.
1. Beans,
2. Onions,
3. Potash,
4. Seasoning,
5. Salt,
6. Water,
7. Pepper,
8. Palm oil.
Direction:
1. Soak the beans in a bowl of water, wash out the shaft and pour into a pot.
2. Cook for about 20 minutes.
3. Use a short strong neat broom to mash it till soft.
4. Add onions, seasoning, pepper and palm oil and allow it to steam for 10 minutes.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. You can add soup to your gbegiri, and can be taken along with Amala, semolina and so on.
