Hello Viewers, How are you all doing today?
Today we will be learning how to make declious creamy carrot soup.
So let get started.

Orange and ginger flavour can also be added to this delicious soup.
The soup is also excellent serves chilled.
This ingredients used is for 8_first course serving.


Ingredients:


1. 4 - cups each, reduced _sodium fat free chicken broth, sliced carrots,

2.  1/2 cup of frozen orange juice concentrate,

3.  1 teaspoon of chopped ginger root,

4.  1/2 teaspoon each: dried tarragon and thyme leaves,

5.  1, 1/2 cups 2℅ reduced -fat-milk, divided,

6. 1 tablespoon of cornstarch,

7. Salt and pepper, to taste,

8. Sour cream, as garnish.



Instructions;


1.  Combine broth, carrots, orange juice concentrate, ginger root, and herbs in a slow cooker,cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours, adding  1 cup milk during 30 minutes.


2. Turn slow cooker to high and cook for 10 minutes; stir in combined remaining 1/4 cup of milk and cornstarch, stirring 2 to 3 minutes, process soup in food processor or blender until smooth season to taste with salt and pepper, garnish each bowl of soup with a dollop of sour cream.

Fried Rice

Hello everyone, we are making Delicious Fried Rice tonight, And is also one of my favorite meal so am going to share the recipe with you.
 so let get started.


Ingredients;

1. Rice,

2. Carrot,

3. Green beans,


4. Green pepper,


5. Thyme,


6. Liver(of chicken or meat),

7. Onion,

8. Garlic,

9. Curry,

10. Nutmeg,

11. Vegetable oil,

12. Seasoning,

13. Salt,

14 Butter,

15. Beef.


Instructions:


1. Cut and wash the beef very well, put in a pot including salt, curry, thyme, water, onion and seasoning, and green beans.


2. Cover till tender as required.

3. Parboil the rice and draw its water.


4. Also remove the meat from the pot, leaving the water used in cooking the beef as ingredient you are adding to your fried rice, and also leaving other ingredients.


5.  Pour the parboiled rice into the beef water and put on fire.


6. Cook and make it quarter done(Half done).


7. Slice the green pepper and carrot and fry in a separate hot oil mixed with butter.


8. Add the beef and little salt then cook for few seconds until dry.

9. Your Tasty Fried Rice is ready to be served.
