Grilled Pork Shoulder Steak (Barbecue Sauce)

Hope you are all good?
I will be teaching you all how to make Grilled Pork Shoulder Steak (Barbecue Sauce).
So let get started.





Ingredients needed;




1.   1_1/2 tablespoon of Hungarian Paprika,




2.  1 tablespoon of ground Coriander,





3.   1 tablespoon of finely grated lemon zest (zest from 1 lemon),





4.   1 tablespoon of dried marjoram,





5.  2 tablespoons of garlic powder,







6.  1 teaspoon of salt,






7.   3/4 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper,






8.   1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin,






9.   1/4 teaspoon of caraway seeds, crushed,






10.   1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon,





11. 8 boneless pork shoulder steaks, cut into 3/4 _inch thick.






Directions;




1.   In a small bowl, combine paprika, coriander, lemon zest, marjoram, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin, caraway seeds, and cinnamon.





2. Rub herb in mixture on both sides of steaks, pressing into surface.






3.  Place steaks in centre of cooking grate.
Grill for 10 minutes medium (160Fl or 12 to 14 minutes for well done) (170F), turning once halfway through grilling time.
Your Delicious Grilled Pork Shoulder Steaks (Barbecue Sauce) is ready to be consumed.

Grilled Cajun Catfish

Hello, how are you all doing today?
Today I will be teaching all how to prepare Grilled Cajun Catfish, 
So let get started.

Catfish is a great, mildfish that tastes great  with a Cajun spiced rub. Is a little spicy, but you can adjust the seasonings and add some tartar sauce to cool it down. If you don't have a grill, you can Cook it, this is a non_stick frying pan.


Ingredients;


1.  2 teaspoons blackening seasoning,


2. 2 teaspoons of garlic powder,


3.  1 teaspoon of onion powder,


4.  1,1/2 pound catfish fillets,


5. 2 teaspoons of paparika,


6. 1 teaspoon dried oregano,


7. 1/2 bread crumbs,


8. Cooking spray.



Directions;


1.  Preheat grill.


2.  Mix together all seasonings (blackening through bread crumbs).


3. Rinse catfish and pat dry.


4. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of seasoning mixture on each side of fish, rub in.



5. Spray grill rack with coating spray, grill fish approximately 4_5 minutes on each side, or until color is opaque and fish flakes easily with fork.


6. Your Grilled Cajun Catfish is ready to be served.

7. You can take along with Corn Sauté.
