Southwest Turkey Stew

                 Southwest Turkey Stew
                     


Hello everyone, how are you all doing?

Today we are going to be making Delicious Southwest Turkey Stew.
So let get started.

This stew is spicy, for less heat, the jalapeño chili can be omitted.


Ingredients needed:

1.  1, 1/2 pounds of turkey beast, cubed (1_inch),

2. 1 can (15 ounces) chili beans in spicy sauce, undrained,


3.  1 can (14 ,1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes,


4.  1/2 cup of reduced sodium fat_ free chicken broth,


5.  3/4 cup each: chopped green and red bell pepper, onions,


6.  1 small jalapeño chili, minced,


7.  2 cloves garlic, minced,


8.  1 tablespoon chili powder,


9.  1 teaspoon of ground cumin,


10. Salt and pepper to taste.


Instructions;


1. Combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper in a slow cooker, cover and cook on high heat for 3 to 4 hours.

2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Enjoy your delicious Southwest Turkey Stew.

Banana Bread Muffins

How are you all doing?
I will be teaching you guys how to make delicious Banana Bread Muffins.
So let get stated,


Ingredients needed;

1.  1 cup of white sugar,


2.  1/2 cup of vegetable oil,


3. 1 egg,


4.  3 ripe bananas mashed,


5.  1/4 cups of chopped of walnut,


6.  2 cups of all_purpose flour,


7. 1 teaspoon of baking soda,


8.  1/2 teaspoon of salt.



Instructions;

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 
Place muffin cups in muffin tin, or grease with a little butter.


2.  Mix sugar, oil, and egg until creamy and light yellow in a bowl. Add bananas and walnuts. Add flour, baking soda and salt, stir until completely smooth, spoon the batter into the muffin tin.


3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until toothpick poked in centre of the muffin comes out clean.


4. Can also be taking as breakfast or anytime of your choice.

Spiced Baked Apples

How are you all doing?


Let make Delicious Sliced Baked Apples Today.
Let get started.


Ingredients needed:


1.     5 apples,


2.  5 tablespoonfuls sugar,



3.   Water,


4.    1 lemon,



5.  Whole cloves,


6. Cream (optional).



Instructions:


1.   Wash and core the apples, they may be prepared if desired.



2.  Stick 2 or 3 whole cloves in each apple, place the apples in a baking_dish, put 1 tablespoonful if sugar in the cavity of each apple and a slice of lemon on top.



3.  Add enough water to cover the bottom of the baking_dish, cover.


4. Bake at 400 degrees F, until soft, serve cold, if the apples are very sour, more sugar  should be used.

5. You can add any cream of your choice (optional).

Enjoy your Delicious Spiced Baked Apples can be taken anytime in the day.

How are you all doing?

Today I will be teaching you all how to make  Gaudet's Deep Fried Pickles,
So let get started.



Ingredients needed;


1. 1 cup of sour cream,


2. 1/4 cup of prepared blue cheese dressing,


3. 1. ea. 16 _oz jar sliced dill pickle,


4. 1× oil for deep _frying,


5. 1/4 cup of mayonnaise,


6. 2 tablespoons of Dijon _Style Mustard,


7. 3 cups of seasoned breads crumbs.


Directions:


1. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese dressing (if you desire you can use others dressing cheese) and mustatd together in a serving bowl, set aside.


2. Dredge pickles in bread crumbs and deep _ fry in oil at 350 degrees until it turns golden.


3. Serve with sauce for dripping.
Enjoy.

I'm going to be teaching you all how to make Refreshing Pineapple Mint Lemonade Drink Today.
So let get started.


Ingredients we are going to be using in making it:


1. 1 cup of sugar,


2. 2/3 cups of water,



3.  1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice,


4. 1 cup of lemon juice,


5.  1/3 cup of chopped fresh mint.


Directions:


1. Combine sugar and water in a large saucepan, bring to boil and boil for 1 minute.


2. Remove from heat.


3. Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and chopped mint.


4.  Let it stand for 15 minutes, strain into a large pitcher; discard chopped mint.


5. Serve over ice,
This ingredients I used makes 8 serves.

Chicken Salad Casserole

I will be teaching you all how to make Delicious Chicken Salad Casserole.
So let get started.




Ingredients needed;



1.  2 cups of chopped cooked chicken,


2.  1 cup chopped celery,


3.   1 can cream of chicken soup,



4.   3/4 cup mayonnaise,



5.   1 cup  sliced diced water chestnuts,


6.   1/2 cup silvered almonds,



7. 4 tablespoons of  butter,



8.   1 cup crushed corn flakes.



Instructions;


1.  Mix all ingredients except butter and corn flakes.


2. Place in increased 13×9×2 inch casserole.


3.  Melt butter and mix with cornflakes.



4. Spread over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.


5. All ingredients may be mixed ahead except cornflakes and butter.
This should be put on just before baking casserole.


6. Baking casserole should be eaten as soon as baked.

Ingredients needed;



1. 2 pears, cut into chunks and frozen,



2.  2 bananas; cut into slices and frozen,



3.  2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice,



4.  2 cups of apple juice,


5.  Dash of nutmeg.



Instructions:


1. Place all ingredients in a blended and process until smooth.



2. Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy your Refreshing Yummy Banana Pear Smoothies.

How are you all doing?
Hope you are all fine.

I will be teaching you are to make Delicious Refreshing Fruit Salad today.
Although I have taught you how to make Delicious Fruits Salad Tossed With Honey And Poppy Seeds.
But this Fruits Salad is different from the ones you have been taught.
So let get started.



Ingredients Needed;


1.  Ripe Apples,


2. Tangerine,


3.  Bananas,


4.  Grapes,


5. Strawberries ,


6. Pineapple,


7.  Oranges,


8. Mint Leaves.



Directions:



1. Take sweet, ripe apples, tangerine, banana, tangerine, pineapple, strawberry and grapes.



2. Quarter them and remove their skin and pips.



3. Peel the Cole of the apples and cut into thin slices.



4. Wash and dry the grapes, and remove from stalks.


5. Skin and slice the bananas.


6. Repeat the process with pineapple.


7. Slice the strawberry.


8. Put the prepared fruit into a glass dish in alternate layers.



9. Squeeze the juice from 2 Sweet Oranges and pour over the salad.


10. Any other fresh fruits in seasons may be used for this salad Castor, Sugar may be sprinkle do over it, desired cream used in place of the juice.


11. Grated nuts are also a welcome addition.


12. Wash your Mint Leaves and sprinkle on top of your Delicious Fruits Salad.

Spicy Shrimp And Rice Stew (Fish And Sea Food).
                 


Hello viewers, How are you all doing?
We be making Delicious Spicy Shrimp And Rice Stew ( Fish And Seafood).
This full_bodied shrimp and rice stew is seasoned with a creative combination of spices.



Ingredients:


1.  2 cups of reduced _sodium fat _free chicken broth,



2.  1 can (14_ 1/2 ounces), of diced tomatoes, undrained,



3.  1 each; chopped large onion, carrot, rib celery, medium green bell pepper,




4.  2 large cloves garlic, minced,



5. 1 bay leaf,



6. 1_ 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves,




7. 3/4  teaspoons of paprika,




8.   3 cups of cooked white rice, warm,




9.  1 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined,




10.   Salt, Cayenne and Black Pepper, To Taste.




Directions;



1.  Combine all ingredients, except rice, shrimp, salt and pepper, in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 4_ 5 hours.




2. Adding rice and shrimp during the last 10 to 15 minutes.




3. Discard bay leaf, season to taste with salt, Cayenne, and black pepper.




4. After that you can serve your Delicious Spicy Shrimp And Rice Stew (Fish And Sea Food).

Hope you are all good?
I will be teaching you all how to make Grilled Pork Shoulder Steak (Barbecue Sauce).
So let get started.





Ingredients needed;




1.   1_1/2 tablespoon of Hungarian Paprika,




2.  1 tablespoon of ground Coriander,





3.   1 tablespoon of finely grated lemon zest (zest from 1 lemon),





4.   1 tablespoon of dried marjoram,





5.  2 tablespoons of garlic powder,







6.  1 teaspoon of salt,






7.   3/4 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper,






8.   1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin,






9.   1/4 teaspoon of caraway seeds, crushed,






10.   1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon,





11. 8 boneless pork shoulder steaks, cut into 3/4 _inch thick.






Directions;




1.   In a small bowl, combine paprika, coriander, lemon zest, marjoram, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin, caraway seeds, and cinnamon.





2. Rub herb in mixture on both sides of steaks, pressing into surface.






3.  Place steaks in centre of cooking grate.
Grill for 10 minutes medium (160Fl or 12 to 14 minutes for well done) (170F), turning once halfway through grilling time.
Your Delicious Grilled Pork Shoulder Steaks (Barbecue Sauce) is ready to be consumed.

Tofu Scramble

                         Tofu Scramble.
                               


Ingredients;



1.  1 lb firm tofu, mashed,




2.  1 cup of vegetables of your choice (Mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, Broccoli e.t.c) sliced and diced,





3.  1 tablespoon of onion powder,






4. 1/8 tablespoon of Turmeric,





5.  1/2 tablespoon of salt.






Instructions:



1.  Heat oil in a skillet and stir_fry the tofu for a few minutes, add the remaining ingredients and stir well.




2.  Cook for a further 6_7 minutes until vegetables are tender.




3. This make a great vegan alternate to egg scramble.




4. You can serve over Toast Bread like mine.

I will be teaching you all how to make Delicious Fruit Salad with different kinds of fruits like kiwi, poppyseed, lemon  and so on




Ingredients;



1.  3 cups of cubed pineapples,





2.  1 cup of peeled quartered and sliced kiwi's,






3.   2 cup of Mandarin Orange or Clementine segments,






4.   1/2 cup of pomegranate arils,






5.  3 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice,









6.  3 tablespoons of honey,







7.  1 tablespoon of poppy seeds,






8.  Fresh mint leaves (Optimal for garnishing).







Directions;




1.  Place the pineapple, Kiwi, Mandarin Orange and Pomegranate arils in a big bowl.




2.  In another bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey and poppy seeds together.





3. Pour the poppy seeds dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.





4. Garnish with mint leaves if you like.




5. Enjoy your Yummy Fruits Salad.

We are today Delicious Chicken Diable today,
So let get started.




Ingredients we are to use;




1.  6 chicken breasts,



2.  4 tablespoons of melted margarine,




3.  1/2  cup of honey,




4.  1/4 cup of mustard,



5.  1 tablespoon of salt,




6.  1 tablespoon of curry powder,



7.  4 strips well done bacon, crumbled.




Instructions;


1.  Bake chicken in 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes.



2.  Baste with sauce for the last 15 minutes and finally top with crumbled bacon.

3.   Your Delicious Chicken Diable is ready to be served.
You can serve on top of your choice dishes.

Sorry for the late posting, I was feeling a little bit down, so I couldn't post.
But am back now.
So let get started.




Ingredients needed:



1.  1pkg uncooked creamette macaroni (7oz),





2.  1 can cream of mushroom soup,




3.  1 can cream of celery soup,




4.  1/2 lb. Grated Velveeta cheese,





5.  15oz. Can water Chestnuts,





6.  2c. Dried cooked chicken,




7.  1/4 c. dried green pepper,




8.  1(2.oz) jar diced pimentos,




9.  1sm. Can of mushroom pieces,




10.  11/2 cup of milk,




11.  1 tablespoon of salt.



Direction;


1.  Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.




2. Refrigerate overnight, turn into buttered 9×13 inch glass casserole.



3.  Bake at 350 degrees for 11/4 hours.



4.  Tuna, Shrimp or crab meat may be substituted for chicken.

Ingredients:                   



1.  6 eggs,                     




2.  3 cups of milk,         





3.   8 tablespoons of sugar,




4.  1/2 tsp of nutmeg, ground,





5.  3 tablespoons of vanilla essence.






Instructions;             



1.  Beat the eggs with an electric beater in a large mixing bowl, add milk and sugar, slowly and continue beating.





2. When the mixture beings to thicken a bit, add the vanilla and nutmeg.




3. Cover with wrap and chill for at least 3 hours.

Enjoy.
