Curried Chicken Balls

      Curried Chicken Balls
Hello viewers, today I will be teaching you how to prepare Delicious mouth watering Curried chicken balls. So let get started.

Ingredients needed:

1. 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened,
2. 2 tbsp. orange marmalade,
3. 2 tsp. curry powder, 
4. 3/4 tsp. salt, 
5. 1/4 tsp. pepper,
6. 3 c. finely minced cooked chicken 
7. 3 tbsp. minced green onion 
8  3 tbsp. minced celery, 
9. 1 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted,

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
2. Beat until smooth. Stir in 
chicken, onion and celery. 
3. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds. 
4. Cover and chill until firm (can refrigerate up to 2 days). 
Yield: about 5 dozen 
appetizers.

Sorry about the late posting was busy with preparing for another semester.

Today we all be learning how to make Delicious Chicken Salad.
So let get started.

Ingredients needed;

1. 1 can of chicken, chopped (or 5oz cooked chicken),

2. 1/2 c. Chopped celery,

3. 1/3 c. Chopped sweet pickle,

4. 1 boiled egg, chopped,

5. 1/2 c. Salad dressing,

6. Garlic (optional),

7. Tomato (optional).

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.

Chicken Salad Casserole

How are you all doing?
I will be teaching you all how to make Delicious Chicken Salad Casserole.
So let get started.




Ingredients needed;



1.  2 cups of chopped cooked chicken,


2.  1 cup chopped celery,


3.   1 can cream of chicken soup,



4.   3/4 cup mayonnaise,



5.   1 cup  sliced diced water chestnuts,


6.   1/2 cup silvered almonds,



7. 4 tablespoons of  butter,



8.   1 cup crushed corn flakes.



Instructions;


1.  Mix all ingredients except butter and corn flakes.


2. Place in increased 13×9×2 inch casserole.


3.  Melt butter and mix with cornflakes.



4. Spread over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.


5. All ingredients may be mixed ahead except cornflakes and butter.
This should be put on just before baking casserole.


6. Baking casserole should be eaten as soon as baked.

Baked Chicken Salad

Let make Delicious Baked Chicken Salad today, is yammy, you can eat it either for breakfast, lunch or supper, as you like.
You can take along with any drink of your choice like: Best ever lemonade, Ginger lemonade, Black Cherry cocktail drink and so on, the recipes for those drinks are in this site.
So let get started.




Ingredients:



1. 2 cup of cubed chicken,



2. 2 cup of celery, sliced,




3.  1(10oz) pkg, frozen green peas,



4.  1/2 cup slivered almonds,




5.  2 tablespoons of green pepper,




6. 1 tablespoon of grated onion,




7. 2 tablespoons of diced pimento,




8. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,



9. 1/2 tablespoon of salt,




10. 3/4 cup of mayonnaise, 



 11. 1c grated American cheese.




Instructions:


1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly turn into buttered 2 quart casserole.



2. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degree for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.




3. Make 10 servings and thus can be frozen.
