               Curried Onion- Potato Soup

Hello viewers, how are you all doing today? Today i will be teaching you all how to make delicious Curried Onion -potato soup, so let get started. Ingredients needed: 

1. 1 quart chicken stock or chicken broth,  

2. 3 cups coarsely chopped onions,  

3. 2 cups of peeled diced potatoes,  

4. 1 clove garlic, minced,   

5. 1,1/4 teaspoons each: ground cumin and tumeric, curry powder, 

6. 3/4 cup 2% reduced - fat milk, 

7. Salt and pepper, to taste.


 Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients, except milk, corn starch, salt and pepper, in slow cooker, cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours. 

2. Process soup and milk in food processor or blender until smooth, season to taste with salt and pepper: serve warm or refrigerate and serve chilled.

      1. 3 oz lemon lime soda

2. 3 oz Apple juice,

3. 1 oz Dekuyper sour Apple pucker schnapps,

4. 1 oz absolut vodka,

5. Ice.

Directions: 

In a tall glass with ice, add the two alcohols,

2. Add Apple juice and soda.
Then stir.

Hi viewers today I will be teaching you all how to make Delicious mouth watering Spicy Cilantro-lime chicken.
So let get started.

Here's a perfect, easy grilled chicken recipe for a hot summer night that would taste really good with anice cold margarita (or lemonade!) on the patio. You might also want to make some extra marinade forvegetables that you can throw on the grill for a delicious side dish. Remember to let the chicken mari-nate overnight.

Prep time: 10 minutes (plus overnight marinating)

Cooking time:14 minutesTime Saving

Tips: Use bottled, minced garlic.Makes:4 servings

Ingredients needed;

1. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,

2. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts,

3. 1/3 cup lime juice,

4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro,

5.  2 tablespoons chopped onions,

6. 2 cloves garlic, minced,

7. 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco).

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in large ziploc bag; squeeze to combine. Place in refrigerator overnight.

2. When ready to cook, preheat grill or broiler. Place chicken on grill (or under broiler), reservingmarinade.

3. Grill (or broil) 7-10 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade, until chicken is nolonger pink when cut through thickest parts.

Suggested Side Dishes:

Steamed brown rice, tossed with chopped cilantro and lime juice.

I pray God see us through this deadly virus period.
So today I will be teaching you all, how to make delicious mouth watering Grilled Pound Cake.
So let us get started.

Ingredients needed:     
              
           1. 3/4 cup dried sour cherries,  
2. 1 cup boiling water,     
       3. 5 tablespoons of brandy,  
            4. 1-1/2 pints vanilla ice cream, softened slightly,     
            5. 4-1/2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate, coarsley chopped,    
        6. 1/3 cup pecans, toasted and coarsley chopped,     
            7. 16-oz. loaf pound cake, cut into 16 1/2-inch slices,     
           8. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
Directions:
       Place cherries in medium bowl.  Pour 1 cup boiling water over  cherries; 
     let stand until softened, about 10 minutes.
 Drain and pat  dry. 
        Mix cherries and 1 Tbsp. brandy in small bowl. 
               Place ice cream  in large bowl; mix in cherries, semisweet chocolate and pecans; cover  and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.   
Prepare barbecue grill; heat to medium. Brush both sides of each  cake slice with melted butter. 
Grill slices until lightly toasted,  about 30 seconds per side. 
Place 2 slices of cake on each dessert  plate. 
Place 1 scoop ice cream on top of cake slices.   
Drizzle 1-1/2 tsp. brandy over each serving.

Today I will be teaching you all how to make a delicious Smoked Salmon Dip. So let get started,
   
Ingredients needed:

1.  8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, room temperature,
2. 1,1/2  cups reduced-fat mayonnaise,
3. 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped,
4. 12 ounces packaged or canned smoked salmon,
5. 1 / 2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese ,
6. 1 / 4  cup drained capers,
7. 1 tablespoon minced garlic,
8. 3–4 dashes hot pepper sauce.
Dippers: assorted vegetables, crackers.

Directions:
1. Place cream cheese in 1,1/2-quart slow cooker; cover and cook until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients, except dippers; cover and cook until hot, 1 to 11/2  hours.
3. Serve with dippers (not included in nutritional data).

Variation Smoked Whitefish Dip—Make recipe as above, omitting artichoke hearts;
substitute 4 ounces goat cheese for the cream cheese,
3⁄4  cup reduced-fat sour cream for,  3⁄4  cup mayon.

Today we be teaching you guys how to make delicious Raspberry Glazed Grilled Chicken.
So let get started.


                  Time Saving Tips:
 Because this recipe calls for an hour to marinate, it's important to plan onserving this chicken on a night that dinner doesn't need to be served right after getting home fromwork. If you pick a Friday night, put the marinade together, toss it in the fridge and have a little'happy hour' until it's time to grill! Also use the marinating time to prepare your side dishes.

   Makes:4 servings

 Ingredients:
1.  1/2 cup raspberry jam,
2.  2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar,
3.  2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped,
4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
5. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Directions:
1. Combine first four ingredients in a large ziploc bag; add chicken. Refrigerate one hour; turningchicken once.
2. Heat grill.
3. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Place chicken on grill; during cooking, brushwith marinade; cook 15-20 minutes (turning occasionally) or until chicken is cooked through.
 4. If desired, heat remaining marinade to boiling, boil one minute and serve over chicken.
*Note: You can also use a broiler for this recipe.Suggested Side DishesTossed green salad, with fresh raspberries, slivered almonds and raspberry vinaigrette brown rice.

Hello viewers today I will be teaching you guys how to make Rustic Ravioli Stew.
So let get started.
                 
        Ingredients
1. 1 teaspoon olive oil,                            

2. 3 to 4 cloves garlic,                                

3.  minced1 medium white onion or yellow onion, thinly sliced,                  

4.  1 (14 1/2 ounce) can low sodium beef broth or low sodium chicken broth,    

5.  1 cup water,                                        

6. 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed,

7.  1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional),                                                    

8. 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated chicken ravioli or cheese ravioli,          

9. 1 (10 ounce) package baby spinach, coarsely chopped,                              

10. 1 (14 ounce) can no-salt-added stewed tomatoes (can use italian recipe-ready version).              

Garnish:grated parmesan cheese or romano cheese or asiago cheese (optional)

Directions                                                    

1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat.                                              

2. Add garlic and onion, saute 5 minutes.                                                      

3. Add broth, water, rosemary and red pepper and bring to a boil.                        

4. Add ravioli and undrained tomatoes, bring to boil again.                                    

5. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.                                                      

6. Add spinach, and cook another 3 minutes or until ravioli is tender.            

7. Serve with grated cheese.

Ingredients needed:

1. Chicken wings,

2. 1/2 stick margarine,

3. 1 bottle Durkee hot sauces,

4. 2 tbsp. Honey,

5. 10 shakes Tobasco,

6. 2 tsp. Cayenne pepper(optional).


Instructions:

1. Deep fry wings for 20 minutes.
2. Drain and dip and let set in sauce.
3. Take out to dry and then sauce.

How have you all been?
Today we will be learning how to make delicious Cinnamon Honey Wings.
So let go prepare it.

Ingredients needed:

1.  2,1/2 pounds of chicken wings,

2.  4 each garlic cloves, chopped,

3.  1/4 cup of olive oil,

4.  2 tablespoons of soy sauce,

5. 1/4 cup of vinegar, ice,

6.  1/4 cup of honey, mild,

7.  1- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon ground,

8.  1 teaspoon of thyme,

9. 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, ground,

10. 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, dry one.



Directions;

1. Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag, then knead occasionally for 2 hours.

2. Prepare fire in grill, cook wings on the grill for about 10 minutes on one sides, then turn and baste with the marinade.

3. Continue cooking for 10 minutes or until is done,
Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
