Hello viewers, how are you all doing? Hope you are all staying safe, pls let us all follow the do and don't of this Covid-19, so that we can all come out strong from this deadly virus.
Today I will be teaching you all how to make a delicious Smoked Salmon Dip. So let get started,
   
Ingredients needed:

1.  8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, room temperature,
2. 1,1/2  cups reduced-fat mayonnaise,
3. 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped,
4. 12 ounces packaged or canned smoked salmon,
5. 1 / 2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese ,
6. 1 / 4  cup drained capers,
7. 1 tablespoon minced garlic,
8. 3–4 dashes hot pepper sauce.
Dippers: assorted vegetables, crackers.

Directions:
1. Place cream cheese in 1,1/2-quart slow cooker; cover and cook until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients, except dippers; cover and cook until hot, 1 to 11/2  hours.
3. Serve with dippers (not included in nutritional data).

Variation Smoked Whitefish Dip—Make recipe as above, omitting artichoke hearts;
substitute 4 ounces goat cheese for the cream cheese,
3⁄4  cup reduced-fat sour cream for,  3⁄4  cup mayon.
