CHICKEN AND ALMOND SALAD
Chicken And Almond Salad
How are you all doing today my Wonderful viewers, it been long, since have posted, so sorry about that. Been very busy with work. Hope you are all good? So let get started, today will be teaching you all on how to prepare Delicious mouth watering Chicken and Almond Salad. I bet it with you if you try it you gonna like it, as much as I did. So let get to the kitchen.
Ingredients needed:
1. 1, 1/2 c. cooked chicken,
2. 3/4 c. diced celery,
3. 1, 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice,
4. 1/2 c. seedless white grapes,
5. 1/2 c. almonds,
6. 1/2 tsp. dry mustard,
7. 3/4 tsp. salt,
8. 1/16 tsp. pepper,
9. 1/8 c. light cream,
10.1 hard boiled egg, sliced
11.1/2 c. mayonnaise.
Directions:
1. Mix cream and mayonnaise together with mustard, lemon juice, salt and
pepper.
2. Pour over other ingredients. Delicious!

Curried Chicken Balls
Hello viewers, today I will be teaching you how to prepare Delicious mouth watering Curried chicken balls. So let get started.
Ingredients needed:
1. 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened,
2. 2 tbsp. orange marmalade,
3. 2 tsp. curry powder,
4. 3/4 tsp. salt,
5. 1/4 tsp. pepper,
6. 3 c. finely minced cooked chicken
7. 3 tbsp. minced green onion
8 3 tbsp. minced celery,
9. 1 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted,
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
2. Beat until smooth. Stir in
chicken, onion and celery.
3. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds.
4. Cover and chill until firm (can refrigerate up to 2 days).
Yield: about 5 dozen

Hot-and-Sour Cabbage Soup
Hello viewers, today I will be teaching you all how to prepare Delicious mouth watering Hot and Sour Cabbage Soup.
So let get started.
The flavor of this soup is reminiscent of classic Chinese hot-and-sour soup.
Ingredients needed:
1, 8 first-course servings
2, 2 quarts reduced-fat chicken broth
3, 3 cups shredded green cabbage
4, 1 large carrot, chopped
5, 1⁄4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper,
6, 4 green onions, thinly sliced, divided,
7, 1 large clove garlic, minced
8, 2 teaspoons minced gingerroot
9, 3 tablespoons soy sauce
10, 11⁄2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar,
11, 1⁄4 teaspoon Oriental hot chili oil
12, 2 tablespoons cornstarch
13, 1 tablespoon light brown sugar.
Directions:
1. Combine broth, vegetables, garlic, and gingerroot in 6-quart slow
cooker; cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
2. Stir in combined remaining
ingredients during last 2 to 3 minutes.

Apricot Chicken Wings
APRICOT CHICKEN WINGS
Hello viewers, is been long here, so sorry about that I was very busy with my school stuffs. But am fully back online. Hope you are all doing good? Is so good to be here. Today I will be teaching you all how to prepare Delicious mouth watering Apricot Chicken Wings, so let get started.
Ingredients needed:
1. 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
2. 1 jar apricot preserves
3. 1 bottle of clear Russian dressing
4. 2 lbs. chicken wings
Directions:
1. Bake chicken wings in oven at 350 degrees until tender (1 hour).
2. Mix together soup mix, preserves and Russian dressing.
3.Pour mixture over chicken wings, coating each piece and serve.
