Creamy Banana Ice Cream

               Creamy Banana Ice Cream
               

Creamy banana ice cream is yammy  and very easy to prepare , no needs of ice cream machine to make it.
All is needed is a blender and a working freezer.
So let get started.




Ingredients;


1.  1 Tin of milk,


2. 2 ripe bananas,


3. 1/2 small party cup of whole milk (powdered one),



4. 3 drops of vanilla extract,


5. Slice of bananas for garnishing (optional),


6. Cookies for garnishing (optional).





Notes about the ingredients;


1. Milk is what makes the ice cream creamy, it also add to its unique flavor.


2.  For the best result, the bananas must be very ripe and firm.



3. Using a small party cup, the ones used for drinks in party (optional).


4. Whole milk is 100 percent full fat milk; you can make use of soya milk also, the extract quantity of whole milk you need depends on the size of your bananas.


5. You can get vanilla extract in shops that sells bakering ingredients.



Directions:


1. Peel, cut up the bananas and put in  blender.



2. Add the tin milk.



3. Add the vanilla extract.



4. Add the whole milk (powdered milk).


5. Start your blender.



6. When the mixture is we blend, continue to run the blender for 2 minutes more, to ensure that everything is well churned and creamy.




7. Pour the mixture into a propscile molds, if you do not have propscileold, pour in a bowl.



8. Place the propscile molds or bowl in the freezer over night.




9. Next day, remove the ice cream from the molds and enjoy, if you used a bowl, bring it out from the freezer and leaves the bowl on the table for 5 minutes, then scoop the ice cream into cups and enjoy.

Double Chocolate Muffins. (Cupcakes)

Double Chocolate Muffins (Cupcake)
                 



Ingredients: (this make 12 muffins),


1.  3 eggs,


2. 2/3 cups (135g) sugar,



3. 1/2 teaspoon of salt,



4. 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract,



5.  1 cup (250g) heavy cream,



6.  1/3 cup (40g) cocoa powder,



7.  2 teaspoons of baking powder,



8.  1,2/3 (210g) cup of flour,



9.  40z (120g) of bitters west chocolate.




Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 180°c (35f), line the muffin tins  with paper cups, Cut the chocolate in small chunks.



2. In a large bowl place the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla extract_ mix well until thick, creamy and pale yellow coloured, whip heavy cream until stuff peaks form.




3.  Add cocoa powder over the whipped heavy cream and mix to combine.



4.  Add whipped cream to eggs mixture and mix well.



5.  Add baking powder and flout and mix to combine.



6. Fold in the chocolate chunks and keep about 2 tablespoons of chocolate for topping.



7. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups, add the remain chocolate chunks on top of them.



8. Bake for about 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.



9. Allow to cool down a bit over a wire rack before serving, if the chocolate on tip melted entirely add some more chunks while they are still warm to get a nice look on top.
