Today we will be making Maple Barbecued Chicken.
So let get started.
Ingredients needed;
1. 4 Skinless chicken thighs,
2. 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
3. 3 tablespoons of chilli sauce,
4. 1 tablespoon of cidar vinegar,
5. 1 tablespoon of canola oil,
6. 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
Directions:
1. Preheat grill, combine syrup, chilli sauce, vinegar and mustard together in a saucepan.
2. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Brush chicken with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place chicken on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender, turn occasionally and brush generously with sauce in the last few minutes before they are done.
