I'm so so sorry for the last posting have been so so busy with my studies, just finished written my exams.
So today we will be making delicious Fried Asian Cucumber Crinkles.
So let get started.
Ingredients needed:
1. 1 Whole Asian Cucumber,
2. 2 Tablespoons of Soy sauce,
3. 1/2 Cup of All_purpose flour,
4. 2 teaspoons of salt,
5. 2 teaspoons of Paprika,
6. 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder,
7. 1 teaspoon of Sugar,
8. 1/2 teaspoon of Fresh Ground Black Pepper,
9. 2 Tablespoon of Olive oil, for frying,
For Garnishing: 1. 1 tea spoon of Seasoned salt,
2. 1 tea spoon of Sugar.
Instructions:
1. Cut the cucumber into slices, place the cucumber chips into small bowl, and pour the soy sauce over them, tossing to coat.
Set aside in a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, paparika, garlic powder, sugar, and pepper.
Dip the cucumber slices into the flour and toss, making sure the slices are evenly coated.
2. Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat, when the oil is hot, gently place some of the cucumber slices into the oil, don't crowd the pan with too many of the cucumbers.
Fry for one minute, use some tongs to flip the slices over, fry the second side for about one minute too.
Watch them closing making sure not to let them burn, they will cook very quickly.
3. Put the fried cucumber slices on a plate lined with paper towels, and let drain. Fry the remaining cucumber slices, then let drain. Mix the teaspoon of seasoned salt, sugar. Spinkle a little bit of the salt)sugar mixture on the cucumber chips and serve immediately.
