I will be teaching you, how to prepare Delicious Turkey _Wild Rice Stew.
So let get started.
Ingredients:
1. 1 pound turkey breast, cubed,
2. 2 cups of reduced_sodium fat_ free chicken broth,
3. 1/2 cup of chopped onion,
4. 1 teaspoon of dried sage leaves,
5. 1, 1/2 cups of sliced carrots,
6. 1/2 cup of uncooked wild rice,
7. 1, 1/2 cup of small broccoli florets,
8. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except rice, broccoli, salt, and pepper, in a slow cooker, cover and cook on low heat for 6_ 8 hours, stirring in rice during last 2 hour and broccoli during last 30 minutes.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Your Delicious Turkey_Wild Rice Stew is ready to be consumed.
