How are you all doing? Sorry for the late posting have been so so busy with my schooling.
Today i will be teaching you all how to prepare delicious Carolyn's Chicken & Rice.
So let get started.
Ingredients needed:
1. 1 Cup of cream mushroom soup,
2. 1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix,
3. 1, 1/4 cans of water,
4. 1 cup of regular rice, UN cooked,
5. 4 Skin less chicken breasts (can use boneless).
Directions:
1. Bake and covered for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
2. Put rice on bottom of casserole dish, then lay chicken on top of the rice.
3. Pour soup and rice mixture on top, cover.
4. After doing that your Delicious Carolyn's Chicken & Rice is ready to serve.
