Banana Chocolate Milkshake

       Banana Chocolate Milkshake
               



Banana is a fruit which is good for the body, also vanilla yogurt too.
Mixing both banana and using low fat vanilla yogurt that is chilled in the freezer for 30 minutes .
It makes banana chocolate milkshake a close match to its higher fat counterpart.


Ingredients.

1. 1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt,

2. 2 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder,

3. 2 ripe banana's,

4. 1/2 cup of milk,

5. 1 piece (lounce) milk or dark chocolate, roughly chopped ( optional).

Preparation:

1. 30 minutes before starting to make the milkshake, put the yogurt in the freezer to chill.

2. Add the chilled yogurt, banana, cocoa powder and milk in the blender and blend until it smooth, pour into two glasses and top with chopped chocolate.

3. Serve immediately.

Note: freezing the yogurt is optional, you may not freeze the yogurt before making the shake, but frozen texture of the yogurt works in place of ice cream in this healthier version.

Freezing of the yogurt goes a long way to make this taste and look just like the original ones.
